Who is your favorite conservative radio talk show host?

Posted on 09/17/2004 8:18:26 PM PDT by RedOhio

I was just wondering what everyone's favorite talk radio show is. My favorite is Glenn Beck. Your thoughts?

134 posts and counting. No one else seems too worried about this vanity. Thanks for keeping score, though. The rest of us will go ahead and enjoy this while you do the fretting for us. Appreciate it.

If you love Beck, you'll like Phil Hendrie. That's where Beck gets all his "ideas".

You forgot Bernie Ward, Ray Taliaferro, John Rothmann, and Co.

I didn't forget. As I'm only capable of dealing with the world on an emotional level, and courageously avoid facts and logical thinking at all costs, it only stands to reason that I can only count to five.

For my right brain - Savage.

For my left brain - Medved.

Never heard of Phil, he may be in my market, but doubt it.

Got to give you a bump for Dennis Prager. Every show is a profound essay on life. He makes you think more than anyone else out there.
Also like Rush, Glenn Beck ( love his sarcastic humor ) and Hugh Hewitt but Prager, the rabbi, speaks to the soul.
Am also amazed at Medved's wide range of knowledge but he loves to talk to the enemy too much (all those weird lefty guests he has).
Would love to get Levin and Snow but not carried here.
Also want to put in a plug for Roger Hedgecock who subs for Rush. The guy is good.

I heard Larry Elder for the first time last week driving to LA - he was fantastic but do not know where he is in northern California.

Love the tagline. Agree and got to throw in Hewitt and Laura.
Beck has too many lame segments.

Rush, he "saved" and converted my lovely wife in 1993!

Nobody have done equal for 16 yrs to fight our cause, and the victory in 1994 I credit him and Gingrich!!

Many others are are excellent, but Rushie definitely # 1, numero uno, period!!!

I used to like Mike Savage more, but now I pretty much see him as a blowhard who thinks that "Oly Oly Oxen Free, Jesus is not the only way".

He's not very deep when it comes to comparative religions. he has not thought his position through carefully enough.

Michael Medved...um...no. He's too hostile toward right wing radicals.

Laura Ingraham-- I love her when she's not doing girl talk about make-up or tv sitcoms or some crap.

I like Hannity because of the clips he plays.

I like Rush for the monolohue and clips.
