VILNIUS. Sept 17 (Interfax) -
The Lithuanian Defense Council decided at its Friday session that the Kavkaz-Center website which belongs to Chechen separatists and is operated from Lithuania will be closed in the near future.
"This website has been inciting ethnic and religious hatred. That is why a decision was made at the Lithuanian Defense Council's session to recommend that its operations be stopped in the near future," Lithuanian Prime Minister Algirdas Brazauskas told journalists after the session, which was chaired by the country's President Valdas Adamkus.

"First, thanks to Shamil for the code, secondly I beg forgiveness from everyone that I don't write in Cyrillic, here in Turkey, it's hard to get a driver or something"
Shamil, khome, tsa khattar: kak mne tebe peredat' veschestvo? cherkni suda
"Shamil, ????, ?????? : how can I send the stuff, underline here"
Vella Gazki mostagh! Smert' Russkim okkupantam! "?????? ???? ?????! Death to Russian occupiers!"
I thinks a mix of both bad Russian and some Arabic sounding language.
in some english bibles the term is more accurately put in a context of "bond servant"... a person who loves their job, their master, the respect and the position they have earned with the 'masters' family, that they bind themselves willingly to the point of death in a covenant of servanthood, for life.
Strictly a voluntary slave... who could be free, but WANTS to keep on living the 'good life' as extended family to the people who he or she serves.
Like marriage and family or a GREAT job or project with great responsibilities. Which some folks also think of as forms of "slavery."
go figure.
That's a very rare transliteration scheme.
The 'short-i' or is usually converted to an 'i' or 'y', depending if it's located next to 'long-i' or not. Otherwise takes the 'y' form.
The generally translits into 'kh', the usually is converted into a 'ts', and the letter into 'shch'.
I've seen this scheme used by Germans - over there the 'j' is often silent (Jurassic over there is pronounced 'Yourassic'), and they use 'sch' interchangably for and .
There's a lot of Turks in Germany, and he references Turkey. I wonder if he hides among that group.
please see number 78 and tell me if any of it is Turkish and you can translate it? Thanks!
Udugov was living in Turkey for many years and Russia was trying to have him extradited. Finally Turkey said he was not there anymore.
"in some english bibles the term is more accurately put in a context of "bond servant"."
Good translation.
None of it is Turkish, but I recognize the wordsat the bottom: Smert sounds like the slavic smrt - death, and okkupantam is obvious.
Thanks and love to you as always.
Dennis and SJackson, are there underground terrorists among the Russians in Israel?
Also click on the link next to user: and see the commentary for members of the group. What are they talking about?
Actually, I wasn't aware of a "transliteration scheme". I don't transliterate consistently, for example. For the russian X sometime I use "h" and sometimes I just us "x"...
Do you recall a thread where we talked about chechen terrorists, Udugov in particular, just after the Nord Ost attack? I don't suppose you bookmarked it?
Don't tell that to the Americans from the NE or central FL.
Bump
Your article could easily describe Germans and their dogs, especially Bavaria. They even take them to resturants.
