The worst interpretation that can be put on this is that the General was sucking up to the Congressman... not an unheard of thing. Which may dim the General's luster but not Bush pere's, and certainly not Bush fis's.
If you just remember that there is NO substitute for cubic inches, you'll go far.
Now that I've seen where it came from, I had friends back then who were into it. I think that's what they were quoting. About all I remember was, "One large pizza, no anchovies." "No anchovies?" And this is where my memory stops, cept that there was more to it than than.
On Brit Hume now! Major Garret read the comments verbatim.
I believe they White House said that " all the records we recieved or something to that effect. Not all the records that exist. We went through this same thing with the Gore campaign. They don't have anything on Bush or they would have used it.
I swear when I say this, I thought it was fake article meant for humor purposes. This is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. The Commander thought a lot of Bush and wrote his Father, "the shock and horror", Bush was good enought to be put in what sounds like Air Force PR releases, "wow thats a smoking gun". To put in the Kitty Kelly reference is very small
With no named sources to back up ANY of her new claims (which she ADMITTED to Chris Matthews)
As I mentioned to someone else, my husband's commanding officer sent letters to all the parents of the new recruits.
No they said that they have been released.
They were not all sitting in one big file in a vault somewhere.
They are in dribbles and dabs all over the place. Finding them is the reporters job. You know, research. That thing that reporters used to do before they became fat and lazy.
That GWB's demeanor is similar is not likely a coincidence.
If you want to win anything, why not pick a former fighter pilot as a leader?
A dad likes his son, shocking news.
"No anchovies? You've got the wrong man! I spell my name DANGER!" Hangs up phone. Voice on other end: "What?"
Well, the AP clearly wants its credibility to go the way of CBS's. Buh-bye!
Matt Kelley - Kitty Kelley
Any connection here?
I actually get that cubic inches deal. The gearhead drag racin guy I dated talked & talked & talked about his car. He was pushing a 302 as far as he could take it. Nitrus Ox enhancing, oversized bore... When his driveshaft busted on one run, the flames following behind him looked pretty cool. lol
NASCAR... Nanny or some other named dojobby thing to even the playing field, right?
Tell AP to stuff it over the Kitty Kelley remark

ROTFL That's it!!! You hit the right note.
What answer will Kerry give should he be asked in the debates if he has siged Form 180 enabling the release of all of his military records?
"The Pentagon sued to get more documents released. I think this is part of what they got:"
I thought that the AP sued the Pentagon.
