The judge IS more than likely in on this. The judge wants everything to go as planned so this can be out before the first debate.

I think this might be good news, and what Bush is counting on. You sure can't question the timing of the discovery of documents SUPPORTING Bush if they are found now.

I don't think it's the judge we should be questioning, but the A.P. - why are they only interested in Bush's records?

beyond that, I'm not sure why a judge has the authority to order such a thing...especially regarding medical records.
