The investigation is long overdue.
I had a teacher a long time ago that had a favorite expression. “You can only cheat the hangman so many times.”
For years now, certain individuals and groups have gotten away with an untold number of criminal activities. And while our elected leaders have chosen to overlook their opponents’/adversaries’ “short-comings”, out of professional courtesy, fear, or whatever reasons they might have, we are not obligated to adhere to the same code of conduct. And frankly, its time for these crooks to pay the piper.
The following persons and organizations need to be held accountable for their actions. And since they hold positions of power over immense audiences, they need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for their illegal activity.
Starting with the little fish:
1. Dan Rather - Fraud, defined as the intentional deception or misrepresentation that an individual knows to be false, or does not believe to be true and makes, knowing that the deception could result in some unauthorized benefit to them or some other person.
2. CBS – RACKETEER INFLUENCED AND CORRUPT ORGANIZATIONS Act, section 1028 (relating to fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents), Fraud, defined as the intentional deception or misrepresentation that an individual knows to be false, or does not believe to be true and makes, knowing that the deception could result in some unauthorized benefit to them or some other person. And, Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Fraud, defined as two or more persons, in some way or manner, coming to a mutual understanding to try to accomplish a common and unlawful plan, as charged in the indictment.
3. Viacom, Inc. - RACKETEER INFLUENCED AND CORRUPT ORGANIZATIONS Act, section 1028 (relating to fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents), Fraud, defined as the intentional deception or misrepresentation that an individual knows to be false, or does not believe to be true and makes, knowing that the deception could result in some unauthorized benefit to them or some other person. And, Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Fraud, defined as two or more persons, in some way or manner, coming to a mutual understanding to try to accomplish a common and unlawful plan, as charged in the indictment.
4. Michael Moore - Fraud, defined as the intentional deception or misrepresentation that an individual knows to be false, or does not believe to be true and makes, knowing that the deception could result in some unauthorized benefit to them or some other person. Treason, defined as any person who levies war against the state, adheres to its enemies, or gives them aid and comfort is guilty of treason. Treason is a Class 1 felony.
5. Columbia Tristar - RACKETEER INFLUENCED AND CORRUPT ORGANIZATIONS Act, section 1028 (relating to fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents), Fraud, defined as the intentional deception or misrepresentation that an individual knows to be false, or does not believe to be true and makes, knowing that the deception could result in some unauthorized benefit to them or some other person. And, Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Fraud, defined as two or more persons, in some way or manner, coming to a mutual understanding to try to accomplish a common and unlawful plan, as charged in the indictment.
6. Kitty Kelly - Fraud, defined as the intentional deception or misrepresentation that an individual knows to be false, or does not believe to be true and makes, knowing that the deception could result in some unauthorized benefit to them or some other person.

Random House, Inc. / Doubleday - RACKETEER INFLUENCED AND CORRUPT ORGANIZATIONS Act, section 1028 (relating to fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents), Fraud, defined as the intentional deception or misrepresentation that an individual knows to be false, or does not believe to be true and makes, knowing that the deception could result in some unauthorized benefit to them or some other person. And, Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Fraud, defined as two or more persons, in some way or manner, coming to a mutual understanding to try to accomplish a common and unlawful plan, as charged in the indictment.

I urge everyone that reads this to write a letter to their elected officials, the FBI, the FCC, or any government entities, asking that investigations be opened immediately. This list is merely a starting point. Feel free to any additional scum(s) as you see fit.

Write to the attorney generals office of the state where the fraud originated as well. Demand action.

Yes that for sure. But you know how they abuse the legal system. Turnabout would be overdue!
