Teddy hasn't been sober long enough to make a lucid point about his opinion on anything for the last 40 years!!!

"I think it is just a question of time," Mr. Kennedy said about the prospects of Mr. Kerry righting his ship.
Oh, indeed. Because the junior senator has demonstrated impeccable timing so far, hasn't he?--and time is on the junior senator's side, isn't it? I mean, who wouldn't want this man, this small and indecisive wreck of a man, to assume the supreme seat of this, our tottering republic, in a time of war and uncertainty. I ask you, who?

"Kennedy is Confident Kerry Will Right His Ship" Uhh ... the same way Teddy righted his own ship in 1980 when he fumbled away the Democratic nomination in one television interview? [Of course, as your photo shows, Kennedy has a lot of "ballast" in the hull -- but it didn't help him 24 years ago.]
These moron New England liberals (Kennedy, Dukakis, Kerry) just don't realize that their message only works in Massachusetts. They win by large majorities, and combined with fawning adulation by the NYT, Wash Post, and international media, they think that they represent America.
But then again, I'd prefer they stay in denial for as long as they like. Both Presidents Bush will have been the beneficiaries of running against Massachusetts liberals.

Humphrey was a more likable person than Kerry, and there was a major third-party candidate in the race, George Wallace, who wound up with almost 10 million votes (more than 10% of the total)...how much of Humphrey's last-minute surge came from Wallace supporters who decided not to throw their vote away on someone who couldn't win?

I think it is just a question of time," Mr. Kennedy said about the prospects of Mr. Kerry righting his ship. I agree. I believe Kerry could have his ship righted in as little as 8 months, 12 months tops. Then campaign, watch out!
