Sioux Falls, SD, Sep. 13 (UPI) -- Republican John Thune now leads Sen. Majority Leader Tom Daschle by three points in the South Dakota Senate race, pollster Scott Rasmussen said Monday.
Thune, who served for four years as South Dakota's lone representative in the the U.S. House of Representatives, leads Daschle 50 percent to 47 percent among the 500 likely voters surveyed, inside the survey's 4.5 point margin of sampling error.
In the last Rasmussen survey, conducted in February, Daschle led Thune by three points.
Thune leads 51 percent to 46 percent among men and 49 percent to 47 percent among women, Rasmussen said. Thune is viewed favorably by 65 percent of South Dakota voters while 52 percent say they have a favorable opinion of Daschle.

I think Rasmussen overpolls Democrats. I sent him an e-mail asking him his breakdown of Dems/Reps/. Maybe Thune is even further ahead than he says.
Vote fraud on the Indian reservations will push Tiny Tim through.
Just sent a note to the Web editor at Washington times to complain about that!
Didn't Thune serve for 6 years in the house?
And I hear there's a real shortage of shovels too..... at the "Daschle Diggin' up the vote" headquarters.

Welcome news for those of us inside the state of SD! DumpTomDaschle has made us look like idots for too long. I'm sick of his BS psuedo-conservative T.V. ads. This guy has been a plague upon our state and our nation!
Relieve the rest the nation from the burden of dealing with the lying wrong-thinking obstructionist socialist/self-centered idiocy of Tom "Puff" Daschle

Check the voting lists at the Indian Reservations, remove all who fought at the Little Big Horn.
I am considering/drafting a "letter to the editors" for all the major and medium print outlets in S.D. (via email & fax)... for about ten days before the election. Thus expressing my earlier sentiment in a more complete and discrete argument.
Even though I live in another state--LOL.
Mayhaps someone will be kwazy enough to print it...
