NEW YORK -- A judge on Monday tossed out a claim by Paula Jones that a real estate tycoon owes her $1 million he had promised if she dropped her lawsuit against President Clinton.
U.S. District Judge Peter Leisure wrote that he concluded Jones agreed not to accept the $1 million from Abe Hirschfeld during her settlement negotiations with Clinton.

Screwed twice?
Rats word is no good.
So let me see if I got this right: Paula Jones agreed to drop the suit against Clinton if she got $1 million. Now she's complaining that she got screwed.
I'm just having a hard time working up any sympathy for a woman who'll abort her pursuit of justice for $1 million. Hell, even a two-bit whore knows you don't lie down for the royal screw before you get paid.
That girl is dumber than a box of rocks. Ugly as one, too.
Smells like collusion to me.
For those who criticize Paula Jones [and I'm certainly not defending her], we have to remember that predators like Bubba select their women very carefully. Have you ever listened to Paula talk?
There is a certain type these people look for -- it may not be even conscious. You may know the kind of guys who looking for a woman with a matching IQ and bustline or who are much younger. Clinton must have talked to her earlier and decided that she was meek and well, not very bright -- perfect.
I mean, it's not as if Clinton would pick a woman like Dr. Laura or Ann Coulter. He knows very well what would happen to him if he had a younger version of one of them brought to his office by a state trooper and then told her to 'kiss it.'
It's all very calculated. He knew that if the likes of Paula Jones said anything, all she would have to do is open her mouth. Remember how Carville started spouting off about draggin' dollar bills through a trailer park? Would that have worked with a Laurie Dhue?
Paula's persona made it all the more easy for the 'feminists' to not only abandon her, but join the picadores lancing her back.
All this from the Left, the champions of the little guy...
Frankly, she did a hell of a lot more than you did to get rid of Clinton, and suffered a lot more for it too.
Clintoon and his bimbos deserve each other.
Oh my......!
So you're saying that Juanita Broaddrick deserved to be raped, and Paula Jones deserved to be harassed by Clinton? If you believe that, then you are a scumbag.
Long explanation of what "serpent head" was talking about when he described her being the result of dragging a $100.00 bill through a trailer park.
Paula was a white-trash bimbo, yes. She and Bubba were made for each other.
Actually, that's Shrillary reacting to charges that the memos came from someone in the DNC...
Well, lets not forget that after claiming she was so humiliated by Clinton she got a face change, posed for Playboy, then got into the Ring and had a boxing match with that goofball iceskater. I wouldn't lump any of Clinton's victims with her, but she sure makes it impossible to feel any sympathy for her plight.
And, just to keep the record straight, I think Clintoon is guilty of any number of things-including Arkancide-and was one of this century's, if not one of history's, worst Presidents ever. I believe that the corruption and incompetence of his administration surpassed that of Grant's and Carter's combined. I think he's a sleazeball and should have been removed from office, and should have had his heart operation in prison instead of a place where he could chase the nurses. I also think that he chose Paula and Monica because they weren't the brightest bulbs in the pack. Paula didn't help herself by living up to her stereotype.
I agree with everything you say except that part about Carter. He was without peer the worst president in History. Even Clinton, with all his lies and scandals can't compare with Carter.
