Did anybody just hear Keith Olberman talking about Buckhead???

I wasn't paying that much attention, but I could have sworn I heard him say that "Buckhead" was an attorney who had just been to a meeting with the Bush-Cheney group before the memos were shown on CBS!

But, What is Keith's rating? McEnroe beating him?

You are right. I watched O'Reilly tonight and he is lost! He made a major mistake when he opened his big fat mouth damning the SBVs, who are right on the money. Now, he has to wallow in his own mess. What a weak sister he turned out to be. He is trying to please both sides, and is doing a terrible job. He forgets that we the people put him where he is. I no longer watch him on a regular basis. He needs to be taken down.

It would seem that there will be a bit of stealth in postings, a little disinformation here, some "oops, did I say that?..." there. And a whole lot of, "Did you hear...?" everywhere.

We precede all those with the "special phrase." Didn't you get VRWC memo #6042? Ooops. I mean, yeah that's a great idea.

Yes, and the word started with an "F" and not a "B". Or not.

At least they don't know about our secret posting site. If that becomes public, where will we hold our strategy sessions with Karl & the guys?

Amusingly enough, FreeRepublic did once get to listen in on an Al Gore liberal conference call... the morons released the number for some stupid reason. I've got the link here somewhere but it'd take me forever to find it; maybe someone else here remembers the particulars. It was a riot.

Take it for what it is, anyway. It shows how TRUE DEMOCRACY works. Special Forces. Each able to operate independently, yet each working in the tightest of cohesion with each other.

I think he is definately implying that it is a plant. The following is from his blog today:

More to the point of the Killian memos: in 1844, campaigning on behalf of Whig nominee Henry Clay, kingmaker Thurlow Weed composed a newspaper article quoting a third party who’d supposedly seen the slaves of Democratic nominee James K. Polk branded like cattle with his initials. The Whigs later sent letters to Democratic leaders bearing the forged signatures of other Democratic leaders, forecasting horrific defeat and urging them to stay home from the polls. There was a damaging forged letter ascribed to James Garfield in 1880 (he won the election anyway, but was assassinated, and if there’s a lesson in there I don’t know what it is), and another forgery that contributed to Grover Cleveland’s defeat in 1888.

There is no conclusion here about the legitimacy of the Killian letters, although I will conclude by confessing that the Political Science Fiction explanation (these were literally designed to be discredited) appeals to me, if only out of a wish that these hack politicians would actually come up with something new and not merely repeat tactics which constitute the sole living legacy of long-defunct parties like the Federalists and the Whigs, for cryin’ out loud.

"Land shark" or 'bottom feeding bloodsucker" don't appear to be in use as screen names.
