That happening in Calif (Hollywood) should not surprise anyone.
A friend of mine in the theatre said she's heard of such sick practices among actors and those types.
Apparently the sexually jaded go for this and other depraved pracices, such as with animals.
They can have all the sex they want anytime they want and with anybody they want, so these sickos' sexual appetites get jaded.
The depraved sickies need other ways to get their kicks.
The sickos are alo trying to get child sex accepted.
NAMBLA has tried to take laws against adults having sex with kids off the books.

I remember a humorous bit that the local alternative radio station used to play, about 30 years ago. It was a public service spot by a guy named "Freddy Herby" [who sounded like Jerry Lewis], raising money to stamp out a disease that plagued thousands, but no one like to talk about. Yes, Necrophilia. He urged the public to give donations to "whip the Big "N". They used the proceeds to teach necrophiliacs "to make and sell soap."

Do corpses have rights? We know that fetuses don't in the current political climate.
Even dead fetuses have no rights.
There are even some attempts being made to say that your organs are there for the taking unless you opt out of such "granted access".
If they can take body parts from a corpse without your signature, why can't they also get a grope? Even NOW's stance on sexual assault said "the first grope's free".

Just a stab in the dark but it is common for unrelated measures to be tagged onto someone else's "can't miss" bill.
"Age of consent" laws only apply to those able to provide/withhold consent. Beastiality is still legal in many areas and I have never heard them apply "age of consent" laws to bar sex with small animals where beastiality is legal but frowned upon.
A word of warning to those who think that their vile dead will never be discovered, even barring the existance of an "after-life", it is quite common to dig up old graves (thousands of years old) and do some genetic, medical, and scientific testing on them.
Do you really want someone to discover what you did?
It could be worse.... we could be repealing laws to outlaw necrophilia or having them judicially neutered as a right to privacy.
