The Washington Post uses language a little less definitive. Still, they are calling BS on CBS in the linked article. I guess WaPo is giving CBS a chance to fess up before they just flat out call them liars.

FCC needs to beat CBS senseless with a whiffle bat yesterday.....this is bullsh*t that they are able to play national inquirer games with our election process..Janet Jacksons tit skit doesn't hold a candle to this Boob Dan Rather in offensive material.... At least I think Janet's revelation was real.... Why hasn't the same outrage been applied to CBS by the FCC on this matter ?
