THERE are 'idiots,' then there are idiots (KerryCare)
TRIBUNE-REVIEW ^ | Sunday, September 12, 2004 | Colin McNickle

Posted on 09/11/2004 11:56:03 PM PDT by Jim Robinson

Teresa Heinz Kerry says "only an idiot" would not support her husband's plan to reform the state of health care in this nation. Of course, one has to wonder what idiot wrote her husband's health care plan.

-snip-

"Kerry's plan is long on promises but lacks detailed specifics," noted Jon Dougherty in recent commentary on the freerepublic.com Web 'zine. "It appears as though any savings Kerry is promising consumers will ultimately have to be paid for by them in the form of taxes ... since the money will come from federal government sources."

-snip-

"KerryCare," as some have dubbed the plan, will cost nearly $1 trillion over the next decade. Those who truly don't know who will pay that bill truly are idiots.

-snip-

Simply put, socialized medicine -- national health care, HillaryCare, KerryCare -- means sicker and poorer people waiting longer and longer for more and more expensive and scarcer and scarcer health care and prescriptions.

-snip-

John Kerry's health care plan is a sham, a shell-game ode to socialism born out of political pandering and expediency. That Teresa Heinz Kerry is shilling for it so vociferously and so shamelessly suggests who the real idiot is.

I know that I don`t want the socialist`s rationed health care. Did you see the O`Reilly interview on this subject, the liberals want to force ALL Americans to submit to their plan because "its the only way to make things fair for all"!

I`ve taken some of the jobs I`ve worked to, among other things, get health care for myself and my family, maybe some of those jobs haven`t been the best but we have to sacrifice for our loved ones. I don`t need some elitist SOBs telling me we have to take their mediocre rationed system simply because some dead-beat mooching slob is to lazy to find their`s.

That really ticks me off, isn`t it bad enough we have to be wage slaves to support these dead-beats!Now they want every one to suffer their crappy system "To be fair", well be fair to us tax payers and get the moochers off our backs!

Funny how the libs always cry about "access to healthcare" when their solution is LIMITING access to healthcare through rationing.

I suspect john kerry would think a good deal less of government health care, if his own exposure to it had amounted to more than 3 band-aids.

I suppose we will have some nasty form of gov.health forced on us some day in the future, with all the skill, compassion, privacy, and expertise of our military pre-induction physicals.

The interesting thing to me is that THK and Kerry would of course have private doctors, not willing to risk public health, no? Just in case........of little things. You know, operating on the wrong limb, etc.

I've seen the Kerry ads where he proclaims ".. for all Americans".

Question
What about the millions of illegal aliens , green card aliens?

You know they won't be left out. The illegals won't be paying one cent towards the cost though.

I surely don't want some snot-nosed 18 year old government worker deciding whether I can have a medical procedure or not.

The problem with socialized anything is that once federal hands touch the money, they not only feel the need to tell you what you can and cannot have (coverage), but the more money needed to pay for everybody's involvement. Clerks, floor-polishers, you name it, overhead doesn't come cheap. And you get bean counters deciding who gets liver transplants and cancer treatment. That's the definition of idiocy.

A typical example of communism 101. This health care plan would not apply to the Elites.(Kerry&Company)

That about sums it up. It's almost as if business and government are trying to create a gap between the haves and have nots in order to control and manipulate what we can have and not have here in America. They are real sickos.
