FNC'S Derliction of Duty

Posted on 09/11/2004 11:02:49 AM PDT by faithincowboys

The FNC just had a Rathergate segment with a package by mediocre journalist Kelly Wright --who only refers to President Bush as "Mr. Bush" -- kind of like Jesse Jackson-- and he basically said that the only beef the blogosphere had with the memos was the superscript and that other undisputed Bush docs had a superscript (so basically he's peddling the Rather line). There is so much wrong with the "documents"-- they are clearly forgeries--- even the Wash. Post and ABC and NBC News are saying they most probably are.

The Staudt retirement that renders one memo as total bs, the Hodges defection, the handwriting expert rather than n expert to deal with the typographical issues. There are so many reasons why Dan lied his keister off. Somebody has to go down hard for this. And FNC are giving aid and comfort to Rather. I'd rather they just not cover it if they are going to do so in a , to quote O'Reilly, "powerful protecting the powerful" manner.

Try "child molester" charges. That ought to do the trick!

I'm beginning to think that Robert Strong is the guy that made these documents folks. He is a Lefty, femme commie professor who worked in the TANG office back then. He like most LFCPs
want to elect the Traitor. I think his expertise was enough to convince CBS to run with it, but not sufficient enough to make documents that past the muster.

It will be VERY interesting. But there is a huge dilemma for the MSM, NYT, etc. Do they desert their liberal base rooting for Kerry or step up to the plate and pursue the charges knowing that it means the fall of Kerry?

Personnaly, I think the MSM, NYT are like the Palestinian mothers who hate the Jews more than they love their own children. i.e. The MSM, NYT hate Bush more than they love the truth.

Like W, we must NOT relent.

Re the 3 - small "th" single element not generally available I did a thorough check in all the documment and found only one small "th". I am not even sure if that qualifies as one

See line with date 4 September 68.

I also several screen captures of the signature of LT Colonel Killian

Alledged CBS signature01

I am not an expert, but the signature from CBS is definitely a fake. What do you think?

Why would you give up on Sean Hannity? He has been very faithful in supporting the president. I don't understand

I'm a little surprised that you received a rude response from Greta. I've only e-mailed her once and received a brief, gracious response, but my e-mail wasn't one of disagreement or criticism. Perhaps that's the difference. I've also e-mailed Linda Vester, Rick Leventhal, Greg Kelly, Todd Conner and Jeff Goldblatt. All responded in a very friendly and gracious manner. I became a much bigger Greg Kelly fan as a result of how nice he was.

Yes, I was disagreeing with her...the content and lack of balance of her political programs anyway. But I was gracious about it. She seemed quite insecure actually in her response. We were a bit surprised.

I agree with you about Bill O'Reilly and Allan Combs (sp) but I listen to Hannity on the radio. He is much better than he is on the Fox TV show.
