I am very sorry. Losing a child is one of the hardest things one can deal with. Please be patient with yourselves as you struggle through the grief.

May the God of all comfort be with you.

You are in my prayers.

Please place your dependence and your hope in Father God because having lost His Son He is qualified to comfort you in the loss of your son. May the Holy Spirit (also called The Comforter) bring solace, healing and peace.

Thank you for allowing us to fulfill the scripture that instructs us to “weep with those who weep”.

God Bless Jacob, and God Bless YOU! I can only imagine how badly this must hurt. Words seem so empty. I send prayers, knowing that Jacob is in the loving arms of our Father, but that your hearts are in grievous pain. May God grant you strength and peace.

My prayers are with you, your family and Jacob. I am so very sorry for your tragic loss.

In memory of your son...........

I am standing upon the seashore.

A ship at my side spreads her white sails to the morning breeze and starts for the blue ocean.

She is an object of beauty and strength.

I stand and watch her at length until she hangs like a speck of white cloud just where the sea and sky come to mingle each other.

Then someone at my side says: “There, she is gone!”

“Gone where?”

Gone from my sight. That is all.

She is just as large in mast and hull and spar as she was when she left my side and she is just as able to bear her load of living freight to her destined port.

Her diminished size is in me, not in her.

And just at the moment when someone at my side says: “There, she is gone!” there are other voices ready to take up the glad shout: “Here she comes!”

Dear heart broken mother and father, you have my tears......

Dan
