How about the 'TEXAS' in the address line, it should have been abbreviated in the old style, I would assume... Tex? or did the two letter state abbreviations start in 70?

I'm 54 years old and the abbreviation for Texas has been Tx for as long as I can remember.

The two letter state abbreviations were initiated BEFORE 1966. The gentleman responsible was named Dan Boone. He also designed and implemented the 5-digit ZIP Code.

He vaguely resembled Mr. ZIP.
