1. Ap sued for the release of these documents right? The ap should be providing the public with its chain of custody. Or are these seperate papers that CBS magically made appear?
2. When will the pentagon open its own investigation? Forging military documents is a felony, along with forging signatures.
oops sorry should have spell checked first.
Why doesn't AP sue for Kerry's milatary records?

Bingo! The CBS documents are totally different from what AP sued to get. CBS basically magically made them appear.
Anything new on Ben Barnes' daughter's comments re her father's cbs interview? Last night I read that she all but called her father a liar.
HEHEHEH damn good point
These are spearate but coordinated efforts. The docs CBS got were from the Kerry campaign.
Why are we waiting for AP to show initiatiave against its own values and biases? If the notion has any merit at all -- other than wishful thinking -- one of our own should take up the cause and initiate the legal process to gain access... Could start today... Just a thought....
If the documents are determined to be forged, then CBS has no reason to protect their "sources". The public has a right to know EVERYTHING about how they came into possession of the docs. If CBS won't come clean, we need a UK-style investigation (BBC / Lord Hutton / http://www.the-hutton-inquiry.org.uk/) to determine exactly how forgers attempted to use a major news network to influence an American presidential election.
CBS will protect there source and story for as long as possible, when it becomes apparent to them that there facts cant stand up to the heat they will hang there source out in the wind, they know there credibilty is at stake. Of course they could be saying to themselves that since USA today and NY Times paid such a little price they will probably do the same.
