American Spectator is reporting that the Kerry Campaign received them from a "former military officer" and that they foisted them on CBS.

Years ago, I was reading a book on an airliner. The book was called The White Salamander". A man reached up and tapped me on the shoulder, and said, "Excuse me...I'm in that book..." I was surprised and intrigued. He said he was the forensic documentarian who had verified that the pages referred to in the book were fakes. Wish I could remember his name...Just thinking about the CBS scandal brought this old murder case to mind.
