Happy to Freep. We gotta get more folks on there, though. It was still 62/38 YES when I voted, with about 100K entries.

Yeah, his 4 years as Commander in Chief matter a hell of a lot to me. Even more important, it means a lot for the safety of my family.

62% ?

Hum, seems like that is a standard poll result for MSNBC.

Can it change? Will it change? Or, is it a "fixed" number?

Ok this is weird! I haven't been to an MSNBC site in months. I went there to vote and under the vote section, it said thank you for voting????? I did not even see where I could vote, only the results, and the message above.
Anyone else having this prob?

I figure Matthews is such a pain in the rear there are nothing but dems surfing his site - but seems odd to me that he would get 100,000 of them in 1 day... maybe they just fix the numbers so Matthews can quote them on Softball.

I don't know how many people watched Hardball tonite, but I'm watchin the rerun and I can't believe the skepticism that Matthews is showing POWs who are stating that Kerry's testimony effected them in prison.

I'm getting really p*ssed off how the "media" is not only questioning the validity of these Vets claims...but how they also just happen to have their own Vets who are right there to counter any claim that may be made against Kerry.

This is completely contrary to the way they attack Bush, where not only don't we get a contrarian opinion, we rarely even have a witness or source to make the claim, as inuendo from the likes of Michael Moore or McAwful are enough proof for the media.

In fact, those who support Bush's claims (or witnessed his presence in Alabama) are never even mentioned or are intentionally misquoted...as the General was. I'm just so sick of this crap.

I think what we're seeing is the total frustration & desperation of the Kerry people & the mainstream libbos who support him (actually, it seems many are just "anything but Bush" supporters) - at this point they'll spin whatever theories they can dream up in order to try & give this loser a bump.

So giving ANY voice to the evidence to what a louse Kerry is, or anything that is pro Bush - is out of the question for them. Sore losers, the whole lot of them.
