Linda Vester interviewed Bill Gertz on his new book 'Treachery.'
Some of the findings:
French government looked other way while arms dealers provided weapons to terrorists BEFORE and AFTER the Iraq war started.
French passports were provided to certain Iraqis to help them out of the country.
Russia provided terrorists expertise to jam our GPS bombs. Pres. Bush called Putkin to tell him to knock it off or Russians in Iraq would be potential targets.
I saw someone on FOX this morning. He was saying that some of Americas most wanted terrorists are in Syria with french passports.
We already knew they were doing this, among other actions.
Look, I don't trust Russia. I never will. Still too many communists running around in that country. I don't trust Putin, either. Though I do believe he and G.W. have a personal friendship.
I have one question at this time. Is their desire for self preservation so great in the wake of what happened the other week, that they will put aside their attempts to sabotage the U.S. in pursuit of the immediate threat of terrorism? OR, will they continue to throw insults at us, say we should help them, but turn a convenient blind eye to confronting terrorism outside their nation.
I'm not interested and quoting who did what in the past. I'm only interested in what their future actions are going to be. Putin is the one that has to prove himself an ally in this war.
France is hopeless.
We don't know that. Let them prove themselves by addressing the Iranian nuclear program.
>>>Russia has been cleaning up its act.
Then where are our POWs?
Well put. Now I would really like to hear about Kerry's secret plan to get France, in particular, on board.
Which POWS?
What do you mean, "How wrong did they get that"?
>>>Which POWS?
Thank you. Glad you asked.
But will you go to the links? Or move on?

On April 16, five members of the Select Committee -- Senators Kerry, Smith, Robb, Brown and Grassley -- embarked on a ten-day mission to Southeast Asia. Members of the delegation spent three days in Vietnam. Their purpose was twofold: first, to obtain the necessary assurances of cooperation from senior Vietnamese leaders; and, second, to ensure that those guarantees of access would be carried out.

Hardly likely. In 1971, two years before any peace agreement, John Kerry, a Vietnam veteran who became a peace activist, said that ``points'' presented by Hanoi-Vietcong delegations in Paris, and their conversations with him and other Americans, showed prisoners would be returned. So, he said, the U.S. should not ``stall'' any longer.

Mr. Walinsky recalled that Mr. Kerry flew him around the state of New York for several Vietnam Moratorium protests in October 1969.

"Mr. President, I am anxious to construct a new relationship with our old adversary (Vietnam)".
People don't want to hear how the USSR refilled the concentration camps and then some after WW II, and very quickly, too, so let's just move on.
We still have live men there. They have men from Nam and Korea too.
At what point do we declare our relationship with France as adversarial, and deal with them accordingly?
Just for you.
:-)
A MuzzloPox on them both...
Now now, be careful about that. A lot of people said America deserved 9/11 because of our foreign policy.
There is no excuse for the murdering of innocents.
What probably will be exposed in the book is bad enough.
But look for the OIL/FOOD scandal next........geeez!
Not a surprise here!!!
The Russians sold Hussein junk that didn't work. Putin had better have gotten cash in advance for those "jammers".
Thank you. Humbly chastised (my head down with hair flowing alligator tears silently flowing down my rosy red cheeks).
these are the type of "Allies" Kerry wants the US to depend on...a F'n idiot just like his wife.
