Good morning WSG. Lots of useful info here and a night race to boot. That leaves Sunday open for Mrs Bender and I to enjoy the local home garden tour with a detour to a casino.

Trying an experiment for supper. My oven broke, so I got me a charcoal grill. I did some ribeyes over Labor Day with so-so results. I do not grill, so it's all new.

At Kroger, I saw a good buy on London Broil. Got it marinating as the fire gets ready. I'm thinking a very hot fire and about three minutes per side. It's only an inch thick.
