Trying an experiment for supper. My oven broke, so I got me a charcoal grill. I did some ribeyes over Labor Day with so-so results. I do not grill, so it's all new.
At Kroger, I saw a good buy on London Broil. Got it marinating as the fire gets ready. I'm thinking a very hot fire and about three minutes per side. It's only an inch thick.

I am not a big NASCAR follower, but I remember well that race at Dover Downs...........I lived about 5 miles south and could hear the chants of USA USA through my back door.

spend $4 and buy a Pyrex instant thermometer probe. It looks like a 16d nail with a little analog temp guage on top.
When the inside temp is 140, put it on a plate for 5 minutes. slice across grain. eat.
