Thanks, we definitely want everyone to know that Sec'y Rumsfeld will be attending the race for the 9-11 tribute. I'm so glad he will be there Saturday evening and that President Bush will be at New Hampshire next week.
Should be a great evening with time to remember the lives lost on 9-11 as well as the men and women in the military who have given the ultimate sacrifice in the war on terror.

Speaking of spotters..........
Jr.'s spotter gets the boot: Stevie Reeves, Dale Earnhardt, Jr's spotter, was relieved of his spotter duties by Dale Earnhardt, Inc. racing. Reeves will remain with the team in some other capacity.
Steve Hmiel will spot for Jr. this weekend.
"We want to win, we can go for a win at all costs, and that means everything," said Earnhardt after he qualified the No. 8 DEI Chevrolet.
8 team members deduced that Hmiel may serve as a better umpire between Earnhardt and the Eury's

I hope John R gets the thread bumping thing fixed,, it was really easy to just jump the thread before, Im saving a bump to frontpage for tomorrow ,, but will try and go Breaking News tomorrow afternoon as the tribute approaches and Rummy is there.

Yeah he's had a few words with Reeves off and on. I think last weeks deal with the pit road incident really sealed his fate. (hitting Mikey leaving the pits) Dale Jr needed a heads up on when to pit because of the spinout.
Another example: Jr had to come back and go WHICH outside. "Say inside or outside."
Then there was my tagline last week... Jr..California) "Hey, if I'm clear, don't say anything. Copy? It just scares me, ya know")
Many times Jr's gotten on the radio and went "SPOTTER!"
Or "Clear!" Clearing himself and such.
Ty Norris was a great spotter, I was sorry to see him leave DEI.
