A LEADING Army officer entrusted with secrets about al-Qaeda was the sex slave of a Miss Whiplash for 26 years.
Military attaché Ian Talbot, 54, paid £800 for torture sessions in which he was trussed in rubber tights, corsets and a leather mask.
The bondage-crazed Brigadier spent more than £100,000 on kinky sex sessions.
In a series of secret visits spanning almost three decades, Talbot forked out a fortune to be tortured and ritually humiliated by the vice girl.
And last month he even had to be warned off by Scotland Yard for harassing her after she had tried to end their relationship.
During their bizarre sessions the married father of two would regularly wear a leather mask and cat suit — or slip into rubber tights and a corset.
The Miss Whiplash would often drip candle wax over his chest or pinch his nipples with clamps specially provided by the 54-year-old Brigadier.
On other occasions a plastic bag was tied tightly over his head until he was perilously close to suffocation.
But the sleazy romps were endangering more than just the health of the Brigadier — because he was privy to some of Britain’s most sensitive miltary secrets about al-Qaeda.
And his addiction to vice made him a prime blackmail target for foreign agents.
They are known to investigate the private lives of high-ranking military officers and politicians, hunting for any hint of scandal that could be used as a lever.
Because of his position, Talbot was subjected to enhanced vetting by the Ministry of Defence — and passed, despite his sex life.
He has held a series of senior positions. They included three years as military attaché in Saudi Arabia in the run-up to the 9/11 Twin Towers atrocity in 2001.
That gave him access to top secret information about al-Qaeda because many of its leading figures, including terror chief Osama Bin Laden, come from Saudi Arabia.
Until recently Talbot was the senior British Adviser to the Saudi Arabian National Guard.
Sandhurst-educated Talbot also held the post of chief of staff to the 1st Armoured Division based in Germany under the command of First Gulf War hero, General Sir Rupert Smith.
Talbot first began visiting the London torture chamber of the strawberry blonde Miss Whiplash when he was a 26-year-old officer in the Dragoon Guards.
It kicked off a relationship that was to continue for 26 years.
Last night the hooker, who is now 58, said: “There was nothing Ian wasn’t into.
“He would love to wear long rubber stockings and black leather corsets — which he would get me to tie so tightly he could hardly breathe.
“Ian asked me to have two or three other dominatrix girls around to humiliate and degrade him.
“He loved other mistresses and adored giving us oral sex and being tortured.”
Talbot particularly enjoyed wearing a tight-fitting red leather mask that was secured with a padlock.
She said the soldier’s perversions and pain threshold rocketed as he hit his 30s.
She added: “The amount of torture that man could take was astounding. I’ve never seen anything like it.”
The Miss Whiplash has a series of polaroid photos that Talbot asked her to take during one of their sessions in 2000.
Some show him spread-eagled on a bed, blindfolded and wearing black fishnet stockings with a suspender belt.
He is tied by the wrists and ankles and wears a black leather corset. Electrodes and string are clearly visible tied to his testicles.
In other photos Talbot is kneeling down and wearing a full “gimp suit” of black leather face mask and black catsuit.
He is handcuffed and has rope tied around his privates. Most of the pictures are too graphic to be reproduced in a newspaper.
The vice girl told how she tried to break off the relationship in 2001. But she said he refused to leave her alone and kept on pestering her for even more sessions.
Last month Talbot was officially warned by Scotland Yard to stop harassing the hooker and told that he faced arrest unless he severed contact.
She has a letter from the Metropolitan Police confirming officers had cautioned the Brigadier.
In the note, postmarked August 13, a PC Collinson writes: “I have spoken with Mr Talbot and warned him verbally. I have also issued him with a harassment warning form.
“This form states the form of harassment he has taken and that it should stop. It also states that any further contact by him would make him liable to arrest.”
Talbot retired from his £80,000-a-year Army job in June, but is still on the reserve list for call-up in an emergency.
Earlier this week he started a new job as £40,000-a-year clerk of the Goldsmiths’ Livery Company in the City of London.
Last night a close friend of the Brigadier’s said: “It was Ian who ended the relationship — he thinks that she is acting like a woman scorned.”
A senior Army officer said: “Brigadier Talbot has assured us that military security was not compromised in any way as a result of this relationship.”
British defence and military attachés in embassies overseas represent and manage the UK’s national security interests.
They play a key role in sustaining the security relationship between the UK and the host country.
They do not run agents themselves — but have access to their intelligence.
