“The former hostages are receiving therapy in mobile hospitals and clinics of Beslan and Vladikavkaz,” the source said.
Some 130 wounded people, including children, are in the Vladikavkaz clinic. The republican clinic has 38 patients, including five children, with the severest wounds and traumas, and the children’s clinic of Vladikavkaz has admitted 186 children.
Eighty adults are receiving therapy in the airmobile hospital, 200 in the medical emergency clinic, 32 in the republican clinic, two in the military hospital of Vladikavkaz, and four in the first town hospital of Vladikavkaz.
The town hospital of Beslan has admitted 98 adults, two were sent to the defense ministry hospital in Vladikavkaz, and one is in the Ardon town hospital.
“The majority of patients have bullet wounds in the back,” the sources said.
The storming of the school, was not prepared, the Russian president’s adviser Aslambek Aslakhanov told reporters on Friday. “We were getting ready for dialogue in order to avoid spilling blood,” he said.
Aslakhanov arrived in Beslan by air to take part in negotiation with the hostage takers.
According to Aslakhanov, “ the terrorists demanded the withdrawal of the troops from Chechnya and the release of all the people who had been arrested for attacking the security agencies of Ingushetia on June 22.”
Aslakhanov said seven to 30 terrorists had been in the captured school. There were representatives of various ethnic groups in the gang. It was fully international, he said.
The number of those killed in the Beslan hostage crisis may by far exceed 150," Aslakhanov said.
Seventy-nine victims of the hostage crisis were identified by 9:15 p.m. Moscow time, head of the Federal Security Service’s North Ossetian department and the crisis center Valery Andreyev said.
“Unfortunately, the death rate is mounting,” he said adding that the operation against the terrorists is going on.
there is a lot that cannot be comperhend with terrorism. Why would a young may between 15-22 years of age willingly give up his live by straping on a bomb belt and getting aboard a bus in isreal?
These people in desperation or in grief are being manipulated by people that are unwilling to make the sacrifice themselves. That unfortunatly is all there is too it.

My kids have actually had a few teachers who served in the military. Local cops can at least ask teachers if any are interested in undergoing intensive anti-terrorism training to protect the kids. Sometimes Americans surprise you.

They are neither in desperation or grief. They may be born in innocence but after being fed a steady diet of filth and corruption and they are bad to the core.

By the time these kids reach 14 or 15 they are totally unredemable. They are a nation of rabid dogs. You cannot cure rabies.
The other factor in the high death count at the theatre was that the police/ security forces/special forces didn't plan well for the immediate aftermath. Concerned about security, they didn't allow medical attention to reach the victims. Many were carried out and dumped onto the floors of buses, and died there. Their refusal for many hours to tell what kind of gas they'd used also contributed to the death count, as doctors didn't know what they were up against.

What are you talking about...these animals are everywhere-in France, in Canada (soon to have Sharia law), in Britain, Germany, Africa (realy busy chopping up the Sudanese Christians),United States etc. They are everywhere and can not be contained. Detente which is basically what you are suggesting worked because Russia and America didn't want many people to die...these people would willingly die to destroy us. There can be no detente. Look what is happening all over the world- think about it. Every war has a Muslim component. You are naive and can not undestand the threat these people pose to the entire civilized world.
That is where the Wahhabism terrorist rats were and still are escaping to.
