I think Lurch had a closed head injury during his last bout of windsurfing.
Kerry was typing his request for time off on the wrong
form. really. just a simple oversight. The "V" was code
for vacation time. just a typo. nothing to see, no further questions. move along now.
I am not clear on the timeline. He should have been an officer in the reserves status at the time. His original commitment would have required that. But I saw something else about there being a gap in that status. Gee, maybe we are going to have to see the complete records.
