His personal failings (and the personal ramifications resultant) do not represent the entire spectrum of Conservatism.
Talk to me when he starts demanding legalization of street drugs, setting up a Communist think tank in D.C., pushes for higher taxes, lax prison sentences, etc.
When he does, then I belive you will have ample standing to make your claim.
Otherwise, you're just hypocritical in your holier-than-thou, can do no wrong attitude. IMHO.
So the man hasnt been lucky enough to find a lady that he wants to spend the rest of his life with. Great comment now get a life and realize that sometimes even conservatives will be married more than once or twice or even three times. Sh!t happens!!!
He is not necessarily a conservative himself. He may just talk a good game.

I, too, am troubled by Rush's personal life. He would be the first to complain about drugs & women in a liberal person. He's no better than the liberals. We all are not perfect but that doesn't mean we shouldn't strive for righteousness.
I can't believe I actually am changing my thoughts about the election. After reflecting on the Bush daughters, who represent their parents, I'm having second thoughts. Although, I'm still no Kerry supporter.
Think I might sit this one out.

Nice to know you are GREEN with envy. Some men are programmed by their mothers to fail in relationships with women. Hopefully, they eventually get it right. From the looks of things, Rush is WELL on that path.
Oh, and one more thing - kindly remove that TELEPHONE POLE FROM YOUR OWN EYE before you start picking out the speck from Rush's.
