I'm more concerned about the moral implications of committing adultery than the legal implications. I think Rush spent too much time with Charles Barlkey and doesn't get the whole role-model thing, either.

++How is that possible? If a legal separation is obtained cannot either party indulge in the horizontal boogie? Besides is simply being seen with another considered adultery?
