Why, THANK you, Diablo!
Not only have they not won any, I don't even know of any that they've gotten to a verdict. They're great at filing law suits and terrible at following them through.
I have not or have I never ever abused puppies. But I do go for the occasional Yak on and off.
Yeah, they really stuck it to the Clintons.

much more smoke than fire and don't forget to send in another 25 bucks.
A51, as to your earlier question, a FOIA request would probably be the most expeditious route todetermine the status of a Navy or DOD IG investigation; however, I doubt anything would be released as long as the investigation was open. Even afterwards, I'd imagine it would be heavily redacted without a signed SF180 (which it's obvioous by now, Kerry will not sign).
Someone who is more familiar with the Navy or Defense Dep't. IG functions may have more (or better) info.
Oh I didn't take your response to heart. As I told Old Sarge I prefer the occasional Yak! ;-)
I know, man, I know! I just picked up the ball and trotted a little...
EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww....
LOL

IIRC Lehman had made a referral to the Navy Dept. Did anybody else hear or read about this ..??
A U.S. Navy spokesperson has reportedly stated: The Navy has never issued a Combat V to anyone for a Silver Star. Additionally, former Navy Secretary John Lehman was quoted with respect to the Silver Star citation as saying: It is a total mystery to me. I never saw it. I never signed it. I never approved it. And the additional language it contains was not written by me.
However, Judicial Watch did get mentioned on FoxNews this evening (with quick video) in regard to this Kerry investigation. Thus, it has been noticed.
