I just joined in. I turned on the radio, and had no idea this was Pataki. Never knew he was so good!
He is calm and to the point!
Good!
This is good!
This is good!
Yes!
This is good!
Beware of some *issed off Southerners who have been trashed at every chance some sissy so-called journalists gets a chance. When they started calling Zell Miller a racist today they stepped in it! You can tell which "reporters" get the fax. They all repeat the same damn thing as the Kerry/Edwards camp.
Maybe they didn't know that most of us dislike them MORE than Kerry/Edwards and they aren't doing either any favors!
Uh Folks this is a really good speech...
I second that -- He's my gov. and this was totally unexpected. !
I haven't heard much from Pataki at all, but this is pretty darn good, I'm thinking.
I am glad to see that his speechwriter had the sense to deviate from his normal speech pattern!!!
Kudo's to the writer of this speech!
Exactly! Thanks for bringing that up
Also, keep in mind that it's VERY possible that he may take on Hitlery in '06 for the US Senate. Would LOVE to see him take her out.
I don't know him. People seeing him for the first time have got to be impressed. Good writing and good enough delivery.
I love FR. I can't hear the C-SPAN so well, even though I am told it is very loud. But FR supplies the subtitles for the hearing impaired for FREE! Thanks.
WOW. This is amazing stuff. Pataki is doing so well. I never thought.....this is so amazingly devastating.
Again, notice how Pataki is going to speak until EXACTLY 10 PM EDT...........no chance for critiquing the speeches........LOL.
I should have said "more tepid than the other speeches" (i.e. Miller, Arnie, etc). This is a fine speech, no doubt.
Everyone say a prayer for Bush. He's up in 5 minutes.
This is no ordinary time. And George W. Bush is no ordinary leader.
"Saddam was a walking, talking weapon of mass destruction..."
"George W> Bush is no ordinary leader." AMEN!
"This is no ordinary time and George W. Bush is no ordinary leader!"
Oh my goodness, this thread is moving too fast for me! Gonna settle in for the rest of the night & just watch. Will check in latter. How wonderful is it to have this forum to relate to!
