DEMS AND GOP SPLIT ON FAVORITE TV FARE By DON KAPLAN

POLITICAL humor does come in two varieties: Republican and Democratic. Want proof? A new study says Bush supporters prefer “Everybody Loves Raymond” and Kerry people tune in to “Will & Grace.” Results of the survey by the media planning firm Initiative could end up being used to decide where political campaign ads will be placed.

The survey quizzed Democrats, Republicans and undecided voters on what their favorite shows were.

Will and Grace is a classic example of how the activist Homosexuals have used a tv show to make homosexuals appear to be normal, funny and great people.

The grim reality is the opposite.

Not too surprised. CSI is the only network show I watch. Can't wait for CSI:NY. Love Gary Sinise (who definitely has conservative leanings)

I can't name a single sitcom that I can bear watching since Barney Miller.

During the mid/late-90's "Remember WENN" was on AMC. It was about a fictionalized World War II-era, small radio station in (I think) Pittsburgh. It was very funny but cancelled because AMC decided a show about radio wasn't in keeping with their network's purpose. They planned to replace it with something about movie backlots but that never got off the ground.

I hate Will and Grace with a passion and love hate, Everybody Loves Raymond with the same passion.

Whoops, I misread your original statement. :)

I thought you couldn't abide either show.

Gosh, no. I can't tolerate Will and Grace for a second. If it happens to come on the screen, within a non-second, I tune to another station.

I watch reruns of "Everybody Loves Raymond" almost every night. It is hysterical.

BTW, does anyone know if their contract has been renewed?

That should be nano-second.

Oh, well, another deserved bump for this lighthearted thread.

I watch hockey (other sports here and there), Fox News Channel (and I do go to CNBC and MSNBC, Headline News, too occasionally), the Simpsons, and then selected channels like The History Channel. I can't recall viewing any TV (sitcom, drama) show, other than the Simpsons, in years.
