Well, it's September and Terri's Fight goes on. The Florida Supreme Court heard Oral Argument on August 31st which was the same day as the elections in Pinellas and Pasco County, Florida.

The most important race for locals was for Circuit Civil Judge, District 18. The hard fought GOVAN v. Greer judicial race. Greer won but 57,000 citizens registered their votes for JAN GOVAN.

Although the St. Pete Times tried to downplay and undermine Jan Govan, if I guestimate that Govan had fifty local supporters helping him and he got approx. 57,000 votes, congratulations are in order.... That's 1,140 votes per Govan volunteer or more because there's no way we can measure this scientifically.

WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS? The votes for GOVAN are 57,000 PROTEST VOTES against george greer.

Consider this. With the Florida Supremes meeting in Tallahassee on election day, Govan's helpers in the last week were even smaller in numbers.

Many were in Tallahassee where THEY belonged attending the Schiavo v. Bush (Terri's Law) Oral Argument. (that's about JUDGE BAIRD'S RULINGS AGAINST GOVERNOR BUSH declaring Terri's Law "unconstitutional".

I have not followed this case very closely but I am curious about why the husband is so intent of pulling the plug. If he is due to get money when she dies, or if he is responsible for medical bills; why doesn't her family and supporters raise money to pay the husband off and have her parents become guardians?

The husband will not accept a payoff. He wants to starve her. He starved his mother and his father. His mother didn't want him to starve Terri but when she died of cancer, Michael did the same thing to her.

Michael S. also had Terri's cats killed early on. Attorneys Felos and Michael Schiavo are a perfect match. They both believe in state sponsored death.

Lest they be arrested for Contempt of Court.

If this insubordination to the courts orders was being done by ANYONE else in the state of Florida, the Judge would have issued a 'Bench Warrant' for arrest of the contemptor(s).

And this is the Judge who just got reelected to dish out more ignoring of the laws he is sworn to uphold.

How many of us can be there Friday to show that we support the arrest of Michael and Jodi, according to the law , together with JQC discipline of Judge Greer for blatant disregard of the laws and showing the public that they should disregard the laws too.

This Judge's non application of the law could be our defense for breaking the law. He is sending a mesage to all of Florida to IGNORE court orders and cite his law breaking as your defense.

Michael is the key. They use his authority under guardianship law, as a puppet pleader, to further their own exploitations, abuse and neglect or Terri, which are Life Felony Crimes against this disabled woman pursuant to Florida Statute 825.102 and 825.103....read for your selves.

This is why the Judges, law enforcement, State Attorney, public officials with civil ordered death agendas, Felos, Bushnell and others do not prosecute the "in our face" crimes by Michael Schiavo and others. IT would stop everything. So they continue because the Judge is on board and they tell the public that it is perfectly AOK to commit crimes within your "family dispute" and no one will be prosecuted.

This should be the defense for those DCF/law enforcement arrested people who are starving, beating, or killing their kids because they are having marital or relationship troubles or disputes. "Just stay out of my house, this is a family matter, and none of you cops or judges business, whether I am committing crimes against anyone else in my house while my wife and I duke out our disagreements. It is my right to privacy, and can do whatever I/we want to anyone in our house."

This is what Felos, Michael, law enforcement, State Attorney and others tell us is the reason "there are no crimes here" against Terri; this is a family matter. This "talking point" they lay on us all, is and will become the defense of people committing life threatening crimes to family members, behind this veil of privacy Felos claims for their shield to intentional CAUSE their CAGED hostage to be made dead, caused to die, her homicide as a disabled adult, at this point in time, by starvation, dehydration and sensory deprivation.

Jeb's lawyer is saying that Greer's Order was carried out. The feeding tube WAS removed.

Therefore, there's no separation of powers argument because the legislature and governor didn't step in before Greer's Order was carried out.

Greer can't even be CLEAR when he's trying to starve an innocent woman.

Ice cream's great UNLESS THEY CUT POWER TO THOUSANDS OF HOMES. I'm not addicted to ice cream. I'm addicted to chips, dip and Cokes; sometimes Double Stuff Oreos.

Weird stuff is happening in Florida. It wasn't always this way. Maybe Art Bell was right. (sarcasm tag).
