Not claiming to be a Biblical scholar, wasn't there something about 1/3 of mankind being wiped out toward the end? If my math is correct 2 billion muslims by 6 billion total world pop. would seem to be about 1/3.

Very true. Either Muslims handle their own extremists, or they will feel the pain of mass retribution that will be indiscriminate. Ask, say, WWII Germans and Japanese, about how that works out, when you let the extremists take power.

Erh, eh, I think "peaceful" Muslims need to start speaking out more against the terrorists (a lot more, and start turning people in too). If they don't they will see more of this, and deservedly so. Especially in countries "less tolerant" than the US.

Err... hello! The Slamics have already declared war on us 'infidels' and they've been practising it since the 7th century. Former Christian lands like Syria, Egypt, parts of Iraq, Turkey, Bosnia, Albania, North Africa, former Hindu lands like Pakistan and other parts of the Indian continent, former Buddhist lands like Afghanistan, former Zoroastrian lands like Iran and parts of Central Asia have all been devastated and the 'infidels' destroyed. They've already declared war, we're just fighting back -- a reactive not a pro-active approach
