You might try listening to Laura Ingraham tomorrow morning. She's going to have a blast with this whupping that Chrissie just got!
Actually she might even be on his program a little later tonight, as she was earlier.
She's very critical of him for his treatment of Michelle M., and for a lot of other things too.
Laura's on the radio in the am, I can pick her up on www.ksky.com on the web. Begins at 9 am ET.
She's a lot of fun to listen to!
11 out of 17 "swing voters" on MSNBC are more willing to vote for Bush/Cheney after tonight!
Swing Voter
11 out of 17 are walking out of there voting for Bush/Cheney
Exactly my view. Put the bait out there, Zell went after it, hook, line, and sinker
11 out of 17 of Luntz's focus group of swing voters raised their hands when asked, "How many of you are more inclined to vote for President Bush after tonight's speeches?"
Hot Damn!!
Are you going to have to evacuate? And have they told you when it is supposed to reach you?
There is a wealth of great lines from tonight on top of last night's treasures. This convention has been stunning and tomorrow promises more. You can see the fear on the liberal pundit's faces.
Little Georgie is a DNC operative. He has no bidness being on TV pretending to be a "journalist".
I'm just catching up on this thread and haven't read past your comment, but I am currently watching Frank Lunz and his stupid group of "undecideds". They almost UNANANOMOUSLY thought Zell's speech was spot on, and effective. At the end, 11 of 17 have decided to vote for Bush.
Best description I heard tonight.
I'm on a high but also a little sad. We only have one more night left. LOL
"Er ... Pamela's a lib ... period."
Pamela's a dope.
-------
Same thing. :)
It's pretty rare a pundit gets so openly challenged on live TV...I'm sure it set him back.
He tried to put on a game face in uncharted waters.
I of course loved Zell tonight. I would not want him mad at me.
He is quite spirited and a pretty fair orator (putting it mildly) for a 72 year old.
FROM OHIO TOO!!
That should scare the Bleep out of the Kerry Camp
Chrissy has been putting words in the mouths of those he interviews, asking a question and answering it himself..misdefining his subjects views and talking over his guests answers for years...
Tonight he did it to man who was in no mood to take it..and Chris's question about using the "It is the soldier"poem was so lame and ignorant.
Was Zell mad? Yes..a bit over the top,yes..I loved it! Chris looked chastened...
I will NEVER forget watching the 2000 DNC having discovered FR, for the first time. I was really trying to watch the convention, but we were going through a family crisis at the time with my Dad, and I kept getting interrupted by phone calls from my sisters. I came back and "axed" what I'd missed from Jesse Jackson's speech and you said, "STAY OUT DA BUSHES!"
Nora O'Donnell is basically saying that the American people are too dumb to understand that the Republicans are lying (not in so many words).
Look at this: the media is beginning to realize Bush has them outflanked.
They're not doing it like the media thinks they should.
HOLD ON: Nora says that the Bush people KNOW if the election was about Bush that they would lose?
Lie!
Time to call it a night! I've been averaging 5.5 hours of sleep this week because of the covention, but I think it's worth it!
