Pinellas & Pasco Residents Re-Elect Incompetence & Avarice (Terri's Judge)
Fox 13 News Local Affiliate - Tampa Bay, Florida | August 31, 2004 | floriduh voter

Those blue hairs believed the endorsement sent out by the Pinelas GOP HQ endorsing the bungler, george greer. I cannot capitalize his name - don't make me.

I BLAME THE PINELLAS GOP HQ and HOW DOES ONE MAN OWN THIS COUNTY who should not have won. He often says "I dunno" and I believe him when he says that.

Stupid people are going to cost Terri dearly. They have no idea that their vote ENDORSED STARVATION. STARVATION IS MURDER.

This guy is a student of mind control and unfortunately, he's very good at it.

Did they really not know or did they vote this way knowingly? If they didn't know why wasn't this info disseminated?

Not only are the retirement center's going to be out en masse to starve them to death, but I wonder if they knew he ruined the reputation of the Florida judiciary. He was stupid enough to take a campaign donation from Felos and those that follow in his office, while he is lieing in judgement in this case. It was a legal amount, but it sure doesn't look good. Combined it wasn't legal. On top of that, I'm not real sure his campaign met with the Code of Judicial Ethics, Canon 7, spells things out. I've got to apologize to the other judges, they probably work their butts off, but Greer makes me wonder if there really is justice in Florida.

Curiousmind,

There's more blockbuster coming next week re: the Judiciary. If you want to make sure and catch it, get on ohioanfromflorida's ping list.

THIS IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF THE MINDSET IN FLORIDA. While Terri has been held in a room for five years with a broken wheelchair and the Judge Greer refuses to see her to see that she's alert and aware, FLA AG CRIST goes to bat for a paraplegic man who is bumped from a US Airways Flight he was taking to get an operation at a Cleveland Hospital (probably the place with hino's lawyer got his expert witnesses who lied about Terri).

Some did know that their vote "endorsed starvation," floriduh voter, because they did not "want to be a burden to their familes when their time comes." People are so foolish, aren't they, so self-centered?

Not only did Baird declare Terri's Law unconstitutional after his "hearing," he declared the law "presumably unconstitutional" the minute it was passed -- without reading it. FL voters are uninformed about their judges, but in fairness, that is true in most states too.

"Some Fla legislators are RIGHT NOW working on a definition for "de facto remarriages" and "cohabitation". It is in regard to alimony but I think if they redefine "living in open adultery" better, IT COULD HELP TERRI. I don't have the bill number handy.
Gary Splin is working on that bill. IT MAY BE USEFUL TO FOLLOWUP ON THE STATUS OF SAME. His number is 407-297-2071. (it should be a definition that covers every situation, not just alimony and then Terri would be free from the bondage of HINO)."

Sounds interesting. It may indeed affect Michael's status as Terri's guardian.

Is that documented? I would think a donation of even $1, if accepted, would compel a judge to recuse himself from any cases involving the donor, and failure to do so would be a serious crime.

Jan Govan, who was playing by the rules, was forbidden from telling them that.

Judges are allowed to take donations from any lawyer. At least in Florida, they are. I remember reading that in the Judicial canons somewhere. However, when they write a thank you note, they can't use courthouse stationery. True!
