Frist isn't the rousing energetic speaker I tend to look for at conventions, but I do think the RNC should take a cue and utilize his medical credentials to push TORT legislation. Not a bad advocate to rebuff the stem cell argument the Dems have been making, either.

It is a scam, Frist, and seniors know it.

How so?

Medicare approved Ins Co's get up to $30 for the card (annual) that most Seniors can get free from non-Medicare selected insurance companies. And the card gives a discount of maybe 10-15% (and the drug co's conveniently raised prices about 10-15% right after the Prescription bill was passed).

Yes! Somebody needs to point out how the trial lawyers like Edwards are screwing up the health care system and ALL of us at the same time.

We had to take a lot of garbage to get medical savings accounts. If people don't buy the prescription cards then it's all the better.
