It is a scam, Frist, and seniors know it.

How so?


Medicare approved Ins Co's get up to $30 for the card (annual) that most Seniors can get free from non-Medicare selected insurance companies. And the card gives a discount of maybe 10-15% (and the drug co's conveniently raised prices about 10-15% right after the Prescription bill was passed).

My dad is 76 and a naval vet. He doesn't have one yet. Do you have references so I can investigate this data?
