Liberal Meltdown in America: Flip-Offs, Road Rage & Violence by Kerry-ites (Your Experiences?)
AmericanInTokyo ^ | 29 August 2004 | AmericanInTokyo

Posted on 08/30/2004 2:36:53 PM PDT by AmericanInTokyo

There appears to have been a major shift in the last month in the U.S. presidential campaign from KERRY-IN-THE-LEAD to BUSH-IN-THE-LEAD.

And this, before the GOP Convention has really gotten underway.

It seems that Kerry supporters and Bush haters are becoming increasingly strident, stressed, psycopathic and perhaps even violent in some cases. Have you personally noticed this in your town and community?

.....Because of TeRAYyza's very public meltdown, the SwiftBoatVets, Unfit for Command's booming national sales, devastating Swiftee TV ads in battlegrounds states, and the Kerry slip in the polls?

Consider:

--A young Bush campaign supporter was sucker-punched yesterday at a Washington State political event by a Kerry supporter--right on national TV.

--Freepers report Kerry-ite "flip- offs" in traffic(middle finger salutes), increasingly desperate and irate liberal emotions, foul language, verbal abuse when they peacefully display pro-Swift Boat vet or anti-Kerry stickers on their cars.

--The national TV reporters and commentators who side with Kerry seem almost apoplectic on TV these days, babbling, whining, salivating and doing everything short of cursing or throwing ashtrays.

On this FR thread, kindly please related your own personal experience on cases of strange behavior by libs and Kerry supporters that you come across. It would help to know the "what", "when", "where" and "why", too. Perhaps there is a national sickness developing in over in the Hate Bush camp, as they see their lead evaporate and their chances of capturing the White House fade. They seem to have only have nasty, threatening and sometimes violent means to turn to now. Would you agree?

no snapping except when i was approached and asked if i would "help defeat George Bush" i replied "No Thanks Kerry Sucks!" and kept walking she looked at me dumbfounded and said THANK YOU that is my experience thus far

Exact same experience here. The DNC has workers on the streets in Boston:

"Would you like to help defeat George Bush?"

When I say "HELL no," their dumbfounded looks are priceless. But wait a minute, doesn't everyone think George Bush is Hitler?

I now have a feeling what it was like for families right before the civil war broke out. and its sad and frightening.

Yes, I've thought that also.

I live with Extreme Leftists. We have an unspoken agreement Not to discuss Anything Political which works out fine, as I can always come to FR for shared values.

If at all possible, work it out so that there is tranqulity in your home.

Otherwise you may end up paying a terrible price.

Are those nutcases going to try to start a second civil war?

I believe that this is a very remote possibility, but a possibility.

If it does happen, all of us at FR will be very pleased with the eventual outcome.

"..they moved in with us.."

A real bummer there!

I have had to call a truce with my daughter-in-law for the sake of my wife, and son, and the grandsons. I have agreed not to start anything, and she has agreed not to "bait" me. But she still does occasionally.

Yep. I've seen them outside South Station and in front of the Sam Adams statue at Faneuil Hall. Poor Sam Adams . . . he's probably done a 180 in his grave by now.

I asked one---"I'm curious. You know Kerry's going to win Massachusetts going away. Why spend money drumming up support for him here?"

"We're signing up people who want to donate money we can use in swing states," she told me. So that's the game plan: ship Massachusetts/New England money to the swing states. As far as I can tell, they're not having much success. We yankees are tightwads.

The bicycle is the SUV of walking paths.

Last night, several Kerry supporters ambushed me as I was walking down a trail next to a small river. I fired on them with the AG36, dropping one, but ran out of ammo and had to run for it. The other 2 ran after me. Fortunately, I made it to a machine gun nest and was able to dispatch them with the Vulcan minigun. An outboard-powered inflatable raft was nearby, and I took it downstream, where I ran into more Kerry supporters, including one on a suspension bridge over the river. He fired on me with a rocket launcher, but I was able to dodge the rocket by hiding behind a rock outcropping. I used the scoped rifle to take him out, then sped past the rest of the Kerry supporters in the raft firing on them with the AG36 (I found some ammo behind the machine gun nest.) All in all, it was a trip.

That got the office laughing !! Wish I could have been there !

My 15 year old daughter was driving her Dad around to a couple work-sites. She's working toward getting 50 hrs of driving time so she can get her liscence.

While her Dad was in the building, one of our employees came up and asked her, "what are those cuss words doing on the back of your truck ?". Well, the only thing on the back of the truck is a Bush/Cheney sign. She replied, "Those cuss words are the reason you have your job !!

Pretty good for 15 !!

An NYPD officer was knocked off his scooter yesterday and kicked in the head by an anti Bush protester. This officer is in the hospital and is in serious condition.

Consider the groups that are supporting Kerry and one can understand the level of hate they exhibit.

Received the following e-mail today regarding the kind of folks who are working to defeat Bush and elect Kerry. The writer had done his research, as you will see here:

"Are we not living in a wonderful, exciting time when one can do research at home & have a wealth of information at one's finger tips?!!!

"Guess who's endorsing John Kerry?

"Please pass this to your mailing lists; it puts the situation in perspective as well as anything I've seen.

"The southern Democrats must be thrilled by the news that the Communist Party of The United States of America, CPUSA, is publicly supporting the election of John Kerry.

"The CPUSA has made available on its Web site, , an advertisement entitled

"Top Ten Reasons To Defeat Bush:

"This advertisement can be downloaded. The communist party urges readers to place this ad in local newspapers throughout the country to defeat President Bush.

"Remarkably, the "Top Ten Reasons" of the Communist party are identical to those of the Democratic party; out-sourcing, homosexual rights, abortion and the like.

"At first, I thought "this is only a coincidence." The Democratic party of the United States couldn't be in lock step with the Marxists! So, I wrote to a spokesman of the CPUSA in Georgia and here is part of his letter:

"' The CPUSA supports the John Kerry campaign with donations and volunteer effort. We believe that defeating George Bush is the single most important issue this November ..'"

"Next, I discovered that one of Kerry's campaign themes is " Let America be America Again." This slogan was borrowed from a Communist poet, Langston Hughes. This is not common knowledge to the average American.

"'Let America be America Again' sounds good but is a rambling, gloomy poem. Interestingly, another poem by Langston goes as follows;

"'Goodbye, Christ Jesus, Lord, God, Jehovah, Beat it on away from here now. "'Make way for a new guy with no religion at all -- A real guy named Marx, communist, Lenin, Peasant, Stalin, Worker, ME -- I said, ME!'"

"Then, if this was not enough to convince me that the Democratic party has lost it, a third discovery!

"A Vietnam vet group took a trip to communist Hanoi to investigate a report that John Kerry was in the "Hanoi Hall of Fame." Yes, there is a museum in Hanoi with a section dedicated to foreign activists who help defeat the United States Military in Vietnam. Of course, you would expect Jane Fonda's picture to be there. But, alas, there is John Kerry's picture shaking the hand of a communist official.

"Never has there been such a tragedy.

"Never has there been such a threat to America. The Democratic party has been taken over by the far, far left!

"Not only the communists but the homosexual activists who are appalled that George Bush is married to a woman! They are enraged that the president wants a constitutional amendment to protect traditional marriage between a man and woman.

"Then we have the ACLU running to a federal activist judge with every piece of legislation that doesn't fit into their leftist agenda. They support every Democratic socialist whim. The removal of the Ten Commandments is their top priority!"

LS, I've seen a couple "Mission (not) Accomplished" stickers here in Tally.

So, we're putting people in the shredders and beating losing Iraqi Olympians, just Saddam's people used to do? Huh. News to me. [/sarcasm]

And even those stickers, from a political standpoint, are too subtle. "Huh? What does that mean? What mission?" Then IF they investigate, they have to see that picture of Bush on the aircraft carrier. Then SOME of them say, "Oh, that guy looks pretty good to me."

They can't be allowed to shut us up, [with threats of keying] and then go around town in their own cars with all kinds of lib and anti-Bush stickers!

That's right. That's why I've taken the "battle" to the next level: I don't even take my bumper sticker off in a parking lot, even though it's magnetic, and I have a new car.

I'm not going to be bullied into inconveniencing myself everytime I park my car; I'm not going to be forced to take the thing off every time. I've been lucky so far. I guess it might be only a matter of time. To me though, and this is just me, I also kind of feel like taking it off every time is kind of like being a chicken. As if Bush and my support of him is something to be "ashamed of". I know there's not a reason to think that, but it's kind of like the same thing with the terrorists and the war against them. If we let them affect our lives, then they've won.

Besides, I'd just LOOOVE to catch some slimy little leftist in the act of keying my car. LOL

This is kindof what has happened with the MIL and myself since the hissy fit. but now my hubby will have to reach his own truce with them.
