The media has already decided to portray the protesters as normal, wholesome, family-oriented people.

The way I look at it; every person protesting equals another swing vote for Bush. Bring 'em on.

Since when did Canadians earn the right to protest in our country?
Send them back home until they decide to move here and pay taxes, and eventually earn the right to vote.

That's in sharp contrast to last month's Democratic convention in Boston, when Republican President George Bush politely stopped all campaigning and his party stopped running TV and radio ads. The idea was to allow Kerry and his Democrats to have their week in the limelight. There was nothing polite about this. G.W. was just following the basic rule: "If your enemy is trying to commit suicide, get out of the way don't hinder him."

These idiots bring to mind one of Ronald Reagan's best lines, spoken while he was Governor of California:
"Yesterday, I saw a lot of protestors shouuting "Make Love, Not War". Trouble is, they didn't look like they were capable of either."

So it's no surprise that such people as Marisa Tomei, Lauren Bacall, Robert Altman, Margaret Cho, Spike Lee, John Sayles and Slick Rick plan to speak at demos against Bush and the Republicans. Board members of the Democratic "Think Tank."

But this week the Democrats will be joined by anarchists, Hollywood stars, peaceniks, leftists, pro- abortionists, same-sex advocates, and a multitude of other protesters in daily and nightly demos.
All important constituents of the ideologue-addled, disruptive, and anti-self-governance Democratic Party.

As a Canadian ... I am thoroughly disgusted. I sure as hell would not want Americans interferring with politics in Canada so who the hell do these people think they are.
No doubt Jennings (ABC) and former Canadian MuchMusic VJ John (JD) Roberts (now CBS news reporter/anchor) will be happier than punch. But as for me ... you can ship them all to some country that has "stan" in its name.

It is a freak show, but will the media show the more outrageous protesters, or will they censor the outright communist, anti American anarchist, huge penis balloon toting weirdos, and pretend these are just "concerned citizens"?
