In writing a swan song type article mentioning WPTF, I deliberately left out references to appearing on the new station. Yes, I will be on-air at the new station. I even hope they have the budget to fly me to K.C. regularly to do the live radio in person, which improves the quality of the output.

I am happy to hear that Jerry is smart enough to know the value to his program that you bring. I hate to see Jerry leave this market but I am almost as dismayed by the prospect that we may lose your valuable insights on WPTF as well. I wish that others such as Rush and Hannity would come to realize the value that you bring and add your commentary to their show. Of course you may already have a full plate and not be able to spend the time in those efforts, but I would love for a larger market to be able to benefit from your wise commentary. I promise that whoever takes Jerry's place here in the triangle area will get pounded with email from me to demand that your services be drawn upon as frequently as was under Jerry Agar.

Oh, and congratulations on the birth of your new granddaughter. If you are like me, the birth of a child or grandchild increases even more the sense that we cannot allow dangerous politicians like John Kerry to come to power. If Kerry is allowed to appoint ultra-liberal federal judges and supreme court justices, I fear for the future of my descendants.
