New talking points?

Posted on 08/27/2004 12:58:25 PM PDT by Daveinyork

Is there a new Kerry talking point, or did the same guy call both Limbaugh and Hannity today? I heard a caller on each program say the Fox News Channel should be a 527 organization

I am guessing you get Hannity in real time.

He and Rush on hour delay here in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. BUT, I have been listening on line....and I thought I heard similar words in the 1st hour of Hannity.

It is now on the Radio....I will listen again.

Hell, if they want to argue that point, then ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, the LA & NY Times and all Knight-Ridder papers should be considered 527s.

Let's see how the Leftists like it when the shoe is on their foot, by God.

Must be on Terry McAwful's talking points memo to seminar callers.

That might not be a bad idea. Make Fox a 527.... And also NBC, CNN, ABC, CBS, PBS, CNBC, MSNBC and every newspaper in America. A fair trade!

The caller was claiming that the networks are owned by multinational corporations, and are therefore not liberal.

Didn't hear it, but it from your posts it certainly sounds like the new seminar was held.

If it's a Dem talking point, look for Juan Williams to bring it up this Sunday on FNS.

That's ok. The swiftvets are Kerry's worst nightmare. A 527 from hell that will haunt him until election day. This time, payback really is a bitch.

That would be great. "You know Chris, I think our own network shold be a 527. I just can't work here anymore and I'm taking Greta, Colmes, O'Reilly, Mara, CeCe with me."

Yeah, I caught it. I was disappointed neither Hedgecock or Hannity picked up on that angle of his comment.

New conservative talking point . . .

John Kerry is such a flip-flopping, two-faced b@stard that he can't possibly be a serious candidate. Therefore, the Kerry campaign should be a 527 organization.

You are correct it was the same guy saying the same talking points. He was transparent and not very convincing.

good ear, you picked it up. the other common theme today is seminar callers saying "I am a Democrat but I always listen to your show, I really like it, but this stuff is really stupid. there's no way Kerry did all these things and you're losing tons of listeners for covering it" ... a variation of the "I'm a Republican ... or I voted for Bush ... BUT xxx"
