No Changes in Benefits for Those Now in Retirement, or Near Retirement - President Bushs first Social Security reform principle is that there be no changes in Social Security benefits for todays retirees or near-retirees. President Bushs Administration has kept the benefit promises made to todays seniors. Wonder what they call near retirement?

Kerry said he would not pay out more than we paid in....so the "rich" in SS will get the shaft.
