It is right there in the Third Amendment, the right to behead little children shall not be infringed. This was a slam dunk.

(After 20 years in the Senate, all Kerry has to run on is 4 months of service in Viet Nam.)

I just went to Foxnews website - there's a banner there. So it's unconstitutional to ban killing partially born babies. Must be a different Constitution than the one I have a copy of.

What judge? Judges don't make laws. They obey them.

I agree with the title of this thread: the act of partial birth abortion denies a human being its unalienable rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Unfortunately, there is no doubt that is not how the judge saw it.

This would be a good time to start impeaching judges for abuse of power. Americans support the ban, and it would help Bush's campaign a lot!
Everyone would have to know what late term abortion is. It would expose the pro-death crowd like never before.
Start impeachment. We'll never get a better chance.

This @#$%^& would never happen if newborns looked like baby seals. Or kittens.

As expected. The only "right" that the pet judges recognize as absolute and with no boundaries is the right of a woman to murder her unborn childen.
