Ya know, this is another point that Bob Dole could comment on - He was the Senate Majority Leader and resigned to run for President - what character!

I know it could never happen in time, but couldn't someone with the means post a serious legal challenge to Fn's candidacy based on this?

If nothing else, it would produce an interesting discovery process.

The author, PHANTOM has emailed his tirade to every tv station he could find before he posted here, he has yet to hear this on the news, but is glad to see that at least someone listened and started a petition that has tallied almost 70,000 signatures since the 1st of July.

Now if only a lawyer, had the guts to take the issue to court...... ( email every Republican 14th Amendment Lawyer I could find as well..)

Bob Dole had enough honor to resign his senate seat, and as I recall he was the Majority Leader at the time, to campaign for President.

Having said that, I would in no way expect that stupid, self-serving, war crimes-committing, machiavellian, Herman Munster looking, POSEUR (to coin a French word) to have the same decency and consideration of his constituents. They are under-represented right now in the senate and their duly elected representative doesn't give a crap about it.

Wow! This is a Mark Livine moment. Get the legal-begals moving and file in a Federal Court.

Maybe, with the loads of money the Swiftees are bringing in, maybe they could divert a little to a lawyer to kick his ass out of the Senate!

IT COULD START A NEW STORM, KNOW WHAT I MEAN?

It sure could.

This argument has a lot more strength than any case the likes of Micheal Newdow ever made.

If there was ever anyone who fit the intent of this restriction, it's J Fn K.

True, but If I had to, I'd choose Al Sharpton over Kerry.

If the "one who cannot be named" were President, she'd probably throw us all in jail, but if they nuke NY on her watch, the Mid East would one big smoking pit. Fn would probably to be more sensitive in the future.
