On August 26th, the latest group of M.O.Bsters will gather to help Move Out Bush! . The idea is for the group to gather at 6:45 PM and dissipate at 7:00.
We will gather at the North End of the Ellipse near the enterance to the Old Executive Office Building which is a public park space just south of the White House. I believe a "Flash Mob" uses text messaging and cell phone messaging to "swarm" a site for protesting, thereby limiting the amount of central networking in organizing these events.

It also allows for an almost-undetectable method of organizing protests, with none of the usual indicators of a gathering. Everything happens fast enough to limit the reaction options of LEO's.
The beta-tests of this protest method were reported on FR last year; DHS is aware of several events like this.
