Vice presidential candidate John Edwards on Wednesday sought to assure black supporters that he and John Kerry have "fought for this community our entire lives" How is suing baby doctors in North Carolina out of existence using junk science remotely connected to fighting for the Cleveland black community?
These same people say there was no possible connection between Iraq and Al-Qaeda, but they can make a leap like that.

Later, Edwards was heading east to Warren, a Rust Belt bastion of union faithful hit hard by unemployment."The Warren Community Amphitheatre was jammed Wednesday as U.S. Sen. John Edwards, D-N.C., the party's vice presidential candidate, led a Democratic rally. There were an estimated 4,000 people at the rally."
I had to work, or I would have been with the few brave Bush supporters. I wonder how many of those 4,000 were union, General Motors workers paid to attend.
