As usual, Kerry was full of crap. By 1968 "our generation" had long abandoned King for the rhetoric of Malcom X and the Panthers- leaving only older, religious blacks following King's "outdated" ideals. And Bobby Kennedy supported the war until it became more advantageous to co-opt Eugene McCarthy's anti- war platform for a presidential run. Stalinist revisionism, indeed.
