To be fair, it is topical as a report was issued on the matter yesterday. I would expect any presidential candidate to comment on it. I correctly predicted Kerry's reaction would be to call for Rumsfeld's head.

Of course the report once again found that what the Bush administration had represented was indeed the state of affairs, and the accusations and allegations from the dems and carried forth by the willing media were false.
