Police suspect Moscow bus stop blast was terrorist attack
MOSCOW. Aug 24 (Interfax) - A senior police source said the bomb explosion at a bus stop in Moscow on Tuesday evening may have been a terrorist attack.
"The power of the explosive device was equivalent to more than 150 grams of trotyl [TNT]. The explosive device was stuffed with shrapnel," the source, who is an official with the city police authority, told Interfax.
He said the bomb went off at the moment when a bus was leaving the stop.

This is Bush's fault! If he hadn't unilaterally gone into Iraq the terrorists in Russia wouldn't have to punish Putin for trying to stall the Iraq invasion, and I find the timing of this suspicious. Just when Kerry releases his new ads against Bush and the swift boaters. Were is Bush anyways? He's got Cheney in the spotlight today while he is strangely missing from the scene. We all know that Bush can fly a jet. blah blah blah, blood for oil, Haliburton, Fahrenheit 911, miserable failure.
That was my impersonation of a moveon 'rat rant.

I don't know how cooperative Russia has been in the war on terror, but the two planes and this bomb may push them firmly into the fight.

Waiting for those that think two airliners taking off from the same airport, and crashing within minutes of each other to come on here and tell us this is probably just a leaky train fuel tank explosion. Or one of a 300 different explanations.

You forgot to label GW as an insensitive cowboy, who on his own caused this to happen.

Don't worry about it. It's just terrorism and it'll go away if you ignore it. By no means should anyone attack terrorist sponsoring nations, it will just make them mad at you.
