You are ahead of me. I have sent two letters, both very nice, asking for action on illegal immigration but have yet to receive a reply. Guess she couldn't figure out which side of the issue she is on.
She is on which ever side of the issue the butter is on.
Since you're from Texas I'll give you a quick break down on my efforts. I received 1 letter from El Presidente Jorge Boosh, 28 from Kay Bailey, 4 from John Cornyn, 1 from Martin Frost, and several each from Phil Gramm (Ret), Jeb Hensarling, Chuck Hagel, and Ralph Hall.
Pete Sessions is my representative and I have a few letters from him but he and I see eye to eye on immigration so he is cool. Beware of John Cornyn - he is pro-amnesty.
