Has there been any fall out from the VP's comments yesterday I have read on Yahoo that there is some criticism both of him accepting Mary being a practicing lesbian and also of him stating that his personal preference is to allow the State to decide re gay marriage. I take this with a pinch of salt though because most of the sources are from the liberal/socialist press.
I personally do not see that Cheney is being disloyal to GWB because he also made it clear what GWB and therefore the current administration position is regarding constitutionals amendment defining marriage. He would therefore as VP support the President even though this may not be his personal position. I feel yesterday he was being very open very honest and should be congratulated on his courage even if I do not agree with his position.

His position is as it always has been. He respects the rights of all Americans, thinks marriage definition should be with the states.
That is nothing new. The mainstream media is trying to drive a wedge between conservatives. Hoipefully we have gotten a lot smarter in the last few years.

I agree, nicely put, snugs!
I haven't heard much about the effects of what Cheney said yet, but who knows what the librals will start spreading...

Hi snugs.
I found out the name of those thin, crisp, waffled, creme-filled wafers that I used to eat. They called, amazingly! "Sugar Wafers" by Nabisco.

We have them in this country they are just called cream wafers normally they are pink but sometimes just vanilla colour. Most supermarkets do they own brand but we can also get Nabisco which of course is now Nestle
